Modern science demonstrates it and the media highlight it: laughter is good for our physical and mental well-being. Clinical research conducted by the Universities of Graz in Austria, Bangalore in India and in the USA shows that laughter significantly decreases the level of stress hormones in the body and promotes a positive attitude.

More laughter, more business!

Laughter precedes language, it is free and we all have it in us. We all have a mouth, lungs, we are all capable of laughing!
An adult laughs 10 to 15 times a day. A 4 year old can laugh up to 400 times a day.
Laughing is a stationary jog. Laughing makes it possible to work our muscles by relaxing them.
1 minute of laughter = 45 minutes of relaxation.
Laughter makes us more positive and allows us to play down, take a step back.
Laughing stimulates the release of endorphins and dopamine into the brain, giving us a feeling of reward and satisfaction (role in the perception of pain).
Laughing has a positive action on stress, it causes the production of lymphocytes which also have an anti-cancer action.

How then to achieve it?
Laughter Yoga is a judicious combination of laughter for no reason favoring deep breaths. Anyone can laugh, without resorting to humor or jokes. Privileged is a simple laugh, initially treated as a physical exercise, in a group and will quickly turn into a real laughter and contagious.
Today laughter is used in hospitals for people with cancer, neurological disease or depression. When the laughter doctor goes into a service it allows to reduce by 30% the analgesics! An, it is also used in Corporate environments to induce positive behaviors and to provide an innovative solution capable of impacting personal fulfillment and performance.
