The session takes place sitting or standing depending on the specific exercises being practised:

The method behind the science
Sophrology is built on 3 basic principles:
- To re-establish or reinforce the harmonious relationship between body and mind
- To develop the personal resources to fulfil projects and objectives
- To become autonomous in practicing Sophrology
Weekly individual or group sessions of 1 hour x 1 day per week.
